Sealants & Caulking

Joint Sealants
When you are trying to bind together two windows glass, we can use Joint Sealant technology to apply wet glazing to seal and protect your building.

Window Perimeter
The window perimeter service is used to weatherize your buildings with polyurethane or silicone keeping heat, cold and water out of your spaces. Depending on the product and the exterior conditions, your windows need to be resealed every 5 to 12 years.
Expansion Control Joints on Sidewalks
Used on sidewalks, parking lots, and similar spaces to account for temperature expansion. Depending on the traffic, product and weather conditions, it needs to be replaced every 5 to 7 years.
